Standard & Poor’s upgrades Zenith Service in its Master Servicer’s activity

The upgrade, with stable outlook, notwithstanding the adverse market conditions, was based on the following strengths:
–    A highly professional team, strengthened after the merger of CQ Service SpA into Zenith Service; 
–    A solid level of internal training, aimed at developing the skills of all levels of staff;
–    A strong business plan and bolstering of the internal procedures of auditing and risk management;
–    Implementation of an efficient IT platform, allowing Zenith to automate various functions, including the Master Servicing ones;
–   Growth in the number of portfolios managed as Master Servicer and a diversified client base thanks to well-established business relationships.
