Zenith Service announces the completion of the first maxi-securitization of 1 billion euro in Leasing after the financial crisis. The Originators are two companies belonging to the Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, ABF Leasing and Sardaleasing. Zenith Service is the Arranger, as well as Master Servicer, Corporate Servicer and Calculation Agent for the transaction.
